ABOUT OUR CLUB | |
MISSIONOur mission is to encourage the growing of all types of iris, furthering the goals and aims of the American Iris Society (AIS), and encouraging youths. HOW TO JOINThere are two ways to join the Mio Irisarians: You can join the American Iris Society and receive a FREE Mio Irisarians membership. Any member of the AIS can be a Mio member just by asking. Through joining the American Iris Society, you will receive the quarterly AIS Bulletin--a well written and printed 80+ pg booklet complete with Society contact information, a shopping section, and beautiful photographs! You will also receive quarterly newsletters from our Michigan branch of the AIS informing you of Iris happenings in and around our area. There's a lot more to gain by being an AIS Member! To join the American Iris Society, Click HERE for additional information. Then contact our membership chair to request your free Mio Irisarians' membership. If you prefer to only join the Mio Irisarians, the annual fee is $4. Alternatively, a 3 year membership is $10. Through this membership, you will only receive our club newsletters, sent out approximately 5 times a year. Please e-mail Carol Fisher to request a membership application and include your postal mailing address in your e-mail.
